Hiring Sales Reps

Job Description :

We are looking for a high-energy and passionate individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a BDR, you are responsible for driving the sales process for new accounts through a combination of virtual and direct sales methods. This includes prospecting, qualifying, and directly selling ShapeNet’s solution across the health club and fitness markets. You must be able articulate how ShapeNet can help the potential client meet key objectives, develop proposals to meet those needs, and effectively close targeted opportunities
RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Prospect, identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound methods
  • Understand customer needs and key buying influencers
  • Present our solutions and value through on-line and on-site demonstrations
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline to support achievement of goals
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Document activities in CRM
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 2 + years of inside sales experience, ideally selling into the health club or fitness spaces
  • Track record of achieving goals and building a strong pipeline
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
  • Ability to think outside the box with a creative, proactive, and strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Passion for sales and technology
  • Exceptional presentation and speaking skills
  • Ability to build relationships and gain access to key decision makers
  • Strong comprehension of the industry, verticals, products, services, market-fit, and competitors
  • Positive attitude in an ever-changing business climate
  • Tech savvy with experience using  CRM software and business support applications
